Gluten & Dairy Free French Toast Recipe



3 pieces udi’s Cinnamon Raisin Bread
2 eggs
1/4 c almond milk
1/4 TBSP cinnamon
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Organic Maple Syrup
Organic Natural Almond or Cashew Butter


  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, almond milk and cinnamon. With a fork beat until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Dip and coat bread in mixture and allowing the bread to soak it up.
  3. Heat pan on medium heat and coat in spray to prevent sticking. Place coated bread in the pan and cook until brown on one side and flip and brown on the other.
  4. Top with cashew or almond butter, fruit and or maple syrop


  1. Awesome recipe! 🙂 Have you ever tried Paleo Bread by Julian’s Bakery? They have two kinds, one made with oats and one made with coconut, both 40 calories per slice, no sugar and made with egg whites… Looks intriguing that’s for sure. I myself have never tried it but I thought maybe, just maybe you have 🙂
